Toolivon provides free, browser-based online tools for file processing, image editing, and other productivity tasks. All processing occurs client-side in your browser. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: • Use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or infringing content • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically access our platform • Use automated tools to send excessive requests to our servers • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls • Use the Service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure

The Toolivon platform, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Toolivon and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any files you process using the Service. Using the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to us.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Since all file processing occurs in your browser, we do not receive, store, or have access to any files you process. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results for every use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolivon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, for free users, is zero).

The Service displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
