Toolivon is designed with privacy as a core principle. All file processing happens entirely within your web browser using JavaScript, Canvas API, and Web Workers. Your files are never uploaded to our servers, and we have no ability to access, view, or store any files you process using our tools.

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the service: • Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated data about which tools are used and general usage patterns via Google Analytics. This data cannot be used to identify individual users. • Log Data: Our servers may log standard HTTP request information such as IP addresses, browser type, and page visited. This data is used for security monitoring and is not linked to specific tool usage. • Cookies: We use essential cookies for theme preferences (light/dark mode). We may use third-party cookies for advertising (Google AdSense) as disclosed below.

All file processing on Toolivon occurs entirely on your device: • Files you upload are loaded into your browser's memory only. • Processing is performed by JavaScript running in your browser. • Processed files are downloaded directly from your browser to your device. • We never receive, store, or transmit your files. • Closing the browser tab or window immediately discards all file data from memory.

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google's Ad Settings or by visiting aboutads.info. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about page visits, session duration, and navigation patterns. This data does not include any file content or personally identifiable information. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Our service uses the following third-party services: • Google Analytics (analytics) • Google AdSense (advertising) • Vercel (hosting) Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing data collection.

We do not store any file data. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' data retention settings.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access to any personal data we hold about you, deletion of your data, and the right to object to processing.
